Dan Eller

Dan Eller is a well known and respected figure in the local and state wide legal community. After graduating from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota, Mr. Eller went on to earn his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. After graduation, Mr. Eller served as law clerk to Federal District Court Judge Miles Lord, then returned to his home town of St. Cloud, Minnesota, where he began focusing his practice on criminal defense. This focus became intensified from 1977 to 1990, when Mr. Eller held the position of District Public Defender.

Over the last 30+ years, Mr. Eller has defended all levels of crime from misdemeanors such as theft, DWI and assault through serious felonies with state-wide notoriety such as first degree murder. Mr. Eller's determined representation of individuals through the years has earned peer recognition through selection as a "Leading Attorney" and "Super Lawyer".

Outside the practice of law, Mr. Eller is the author of two novels taking the imagination through plots of legal suspense and intrigue titled "Rogues' Gallery" and "The Interest of Justice".
